The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, six-bathroom condo in the Porto Vita North Tower at 20155 Northeast 38th Court in Aventura, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.35 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $240,000, or 7 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.59 million when it first hit the market in August. The 5,141-square-foot home has panoramic views of the ocean and the marina, a private elevator and three large terraces. Rosa Lofer of South Beach Investment Realty has the listing.
