The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo in the Residences at Bath Club at 5959 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.99 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $609,000, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.599 million when it first hit the market in January. The four-story, 5,700-square-foot oceanfront villa has a private elevator and pool, as well as maid’s quarters. It is located within a condominium community whose amenities include tennis courts, a gym, a 24-hour valet and concierge, and a beach. Matthew McMillan of McMillan Realty has the listing.
