The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo in the L’Ambiance at 4240 Galt Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.5 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $500,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.9 million when it hit the market in October. The 4,629-square-foot home has ocean and intracoastal views with east and west balconies. Miguel Hernandez of Premier Estate Properties has the listing.
