The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 141 Royal Palm Court in Plantation, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.6 million Broward County home saw a $250,000 million or 16 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.6 million when it first hit the market in November. The home, which sits on a 49,367-square-foot lot, has a six-car garage, three fireplaces, and a guest house. Roger Edwards of Re/Max Premier Associates has the listing.
