Price cuts at Wind by Neo in Miami

Fortune International, recently retained as the sales agent for foreclosure-plagued Wind by Neo, is trying out a new pricing strategy for the remaining 150 units in the 41-story, Luis Revuelta-designed condo on the north bank of the Miami River. The one-, two- and three-bedroom units at Wind are now priced in the $160,000 to $450,000 range, down from their original asking prices, which ranged from $200,000 to more than $650,000. Amenities at the 489-unit condo include a fitness center, spa, waterside pool deck and complimentary valet. TRD
