South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a nine-bedroom, ten-bathroom
house at 9440
Old Cutler Road in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo
Vultures Realty. The $4.2 million Miami-Dade
County home saw a $750,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was
originally listed for $6.3 million when it hit the market in July 2008. The 8,660-square-foot home has a staff wing, wine room, as well as
