The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 650 San Marco Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $11.9 million Broward County home saw a $2 million, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $13.9 million when it hit the market in September. The waterfront home sits on a 26,975-square-foot lot and has two fireplaces, a wine cellar, as well as private docking. Timothy Elmes of Coldwell Banker Residential has the listing.
