South Florida firm to rebrand post-merger

South Florida real estate firm First Service Realty is the first firm to rebrand itself with national real estate franchise Real Living since a November 2009 merger. The company’s franchise offices will be renamed “Real Living First Service Realty” to reflect the merger. Eddie San Roman, who founded First Service Realty, plans to open 15 new franchise offices in Broward and Palm Beach counties within the next three to five years. Presently, most of the company’s current offices are in Dade County, with one in Broward County and one in Tampa. So far, the rebranding effort has been well-received by agents, San Roman said. TRD
