Franklin Templeton signs on for 10 years at 300 Las Olas Place

Franklin Templeton Investments has inked a 10-year deal at the 300 Las Olas Place office building in central Fort Lauderdale,
Stiles Realty announced yesterday. The lease for 80,448 square feet will initially accommodate 350 employees when the investment firm moves in mid-2011. Franklin Templeton has been at the Broward Financial Centre at 500 E. Broward Boulevard for about 20 years, and will actually be displacing Stiles itself; the company will relocate its corporate headquarters to a neighboring building it owns, 301 E. Las Olas Boulevard.
