Stirling Town Center sells for $15.3M

Stirling Associates has sold its namesake Broward County shopping plaza at 8637 Stirling Road for $15.3 million, or $284 per square foot. The 53,857-square-foot Stirling Town Center in Cooper City, which counts Starbucks, Coldstone Creamery, Beef O’Brady and Great Florida Bank as tenants, was picked up by Prince of Cooper City, LLC. Todd Weintraub and Bill Strauss of CB Richard Ellis’ Fort Lauderdale office brokered the transaction. TRD
