The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 5835 Pinetree Drive in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.999 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $951,000, or 24 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.95 million when it first hit the market in September.
