Navarro shopping center fetches $6.7M in sale

Navarro Tamiami Plaza, a 36,500-square-foot Miami shopping center at 12000 Southwest 8th Street, has been sold for $6.675 million, or $183 per square foot to a limited liability company from Dania. The three-tenant property is fully occupied and anchored by Navarro Discount Pharmacy, and has a strong cash flow, according to Drew Kristol of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, who brokered the transaction along with Kirk Olson, also of Marcus & Millichap. The seller was a limited liability company from Miami. TRD
