The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 3301 Northeast 183rd Street at the Peninsula II in Aventura, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.53 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $380,900, or 20 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.91 million when it hit the market in July. The 5,461-square-foot home has direct ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and city views, along with four balconies, and an exercise and media room. The building’s amenities include two pools, three tennis courts and valet parking. Mark Pordes of Sarrett Development has the listing.
