The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 7000 Prado Boulevard in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $7.995 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $500,000, or 6 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $8.495 million when it hit the market in July. The waterfront, Ralph Portuondo-designed contemporary home sits on an 18,929-square-foot lot and has an outdoor lounge area, pool and 100-foot dock. Consuelo Stewart of Shelton and Stewart Realtors has the listing.
