The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse at 152 Isle of Venice Drive in the Palermo Yacht Club in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.15 million Broward County home saw a $600,000, or 34 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.75 million when it hit the market in July. The waterfront, 3,032-square-foot contemporary home has a rooftop terrace, loft area and dock space of up to 35 feet, with an optional second dock. Julie Jones of Premier Estate Properties has the listing. (Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family home listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) TRD
