Biggest price cut of the day

The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse at 152 Isle of Venice Drive in the Palermo Yacht Club in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.15 million Broward County home saw a $600,000, or 34 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.75 million when it hit the market in July. The waterfront, 3,032-square-foot contemporary home has a rooftop terrace, loft area and dock space of up to 35 feet, with an optional second dock.
