Massachusetts Representative Barney Frank said he’s fed up with the amount of federal funding that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have been eating up. CNBC’s Diana Olick said the congressman has proposed abolishing the two agencies today and creating a new system of housing finance from the ground up.
