Azura rings Toll’s bell

An affiliate of luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has purchased the incomplete 92-home Azura development in Boca Raton. Regions Bank in early December foreclosed on the property, which is located on the east side of Jog Road just north of the Royal Palm Polo Grounds. Toll FL X bid $5.1 million on the mortgage for the site, winning the auction Dec. 23. The site had seven homes sold, fetching a total of $19 million, when it was run by developers Polo Field Estates and Gordon Homes. [SFBJ]
