The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom condo at 20155 Northeast 38th Court in the Towers of Porto Vita in Aventura, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.45 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.05 million, or 30 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.5 million when it hit the market in October. The 5,141-square-foot waterfront home is a corner unit with panoramic views of the ocean and a golf course. Ricardo Estrazulas of Fortune International Realty has the listing.
