The $2.599 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $451,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.05 million when it hit the market in October. The art deco-style home has a gym, maid’s quarters and three kitchens. It is also available for rent for $11,500 per month. Siru Andelin of Ocean View International Realty has the listing.
