The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at 5322 Fisher Island Drive in the Bayview Fisher Island, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.355 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $630,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5.985 million when it hit the market in October. The 6,300-square-foot waterfront home has views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, and can take advantage of amenities including golf and tennis courts, a fitness center and the Fisher Island Club’s oceanfront beach club. Martha Fano of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has the listing.
