The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse at the Las Olas River House in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.895 million Broward County home at 333 Las Olas Way saw a $1.1 million, or 37 percent, price cut off of its original ask price of $2.995 million when it hit the market Oct. 23, 2009. The price was then cut five days later to $2.95 million. The 6,912-square-foot apartment has 3,300 square feet of terrace space, a private elevator and a private cabana at the pool.
