The 2,700-square-foot Miami-Dade County home has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and is listed for $4.7 million. Its last asking price was $5.6 million, marking a 16 percent, or $900,000, price cut. The waterfront home has 22-foot floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and features oak paneling, venetian stucco and glass stairs.
