Construction industry “inefficient”

The construction industry is causing big-time headaches for corporations and developers, according to Barry LePatner, an attorney specializing in new construction and founder of LePatner & Associates. He told GlobeSt.TV that because construction companies are “looking to pass all [their] inefficiencies” onto the projects on which they work, the owners are ultimately paying too high a price.
