Flager Station brings insurer on board

MGA Insurance, a subsidiary of Dallas-based Gainsco, will take over 22,480 square feet on the fourth floor of the Flagler Station office development in Miami this June, when it relocates from 730 NW 107th Avenue. Flagler Station has over 9 million square feet of office and industrial space near Miami International Airport. Other tenants include FedEx, Brightstar, Komatsu and Ryder System. Stuart Gordon, Flagler senior director of leasing who worked with leasing director Chris Sutton to land the auto insurance company, said the top end of the office market has retained its appeal even in a nearly moribund market.
