The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 17911 SW 63rd Manor in Southwest Ranches, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Broward County home saw a $300,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.6 million when it hit the market in August, and the price was cut to $2.3 million in November. The waterfront home sits on a 217,252-square-foot lot and has a pool, horse stables and an aviary. Teresa Modlin of Realty Associates Florida Properties has the listing.
