The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 4360 Ingraham Highway in Coconut Grove, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.495 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $470,000, or 24 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.675 million when it hit the market last March, and the price was cut to $1.965 million in October. The home sits on a 33,948-square-foot lot and has a tennis and basketball court. Mary Pennell of Esllinger Wooten Maxwell has the listing.
