Developer Boynton Waterways Investment Associates is hoping to get buyers into its long-awaited Boynton Beach condo, the Promenade, by a March 3
closing date.
The developer won’t say how many
of its 318 units are under contract, or how many of those buyers will
actually come to the table. The developer has slashed prices, putting
one-bedroom, ocean view units as low as $240,000. Some units have had
price cuts of as much as $200,000, and Boynton Waterways said it’s
given an average discount of about 40 percent. The Promenade was
launched in 2005, and after the project was caught in the bust, it had
to reorganize. Construction began in 2007. [Palm Beach Post]
