The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 2400 Bay Drive in Pompano Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.75 million or 23 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.75 million when it hit the market in September 2009. The waterfront home sits on a 9,889-square-foot lot across from the Hillsboro Lighthouse and has bay views from the master bedroom and the pool.
