The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 4080 Douglas Road in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.695 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $225,000, or 5 percent, price cut off of its last asking price of $4.95 million. It was originally listed for $5.95 million when it hit the market in August 2009, before the last price cut in December. The home, once featured in Architectural Digest, sits on a 39,400-square-foot lot and has coral rock walls, a pool elevator and terrace. Rex Hamilton of the Rex Hamilton Corporation has the listing.
