The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 8817 Hammock Lake Drive in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.35 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $649,000, or 13 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $5 million. It was originally listed for $5.5 million when it hit the market in March 2009, before the last price cut in January. The waterfront home sits on a 45,738-square-foot lot and has walk-in closets and a pool and terrace area with a summer kitchen. Mayi De La Vega of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
