The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 30 Bay Colony Lane in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.45 million Broward County home, which is being sold as a short sale, saw a $540,000, or 27 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $1.99 million. It was originally listed for $2.65 million when it hit the market in October 2008, before the last price cut in January. The waterfront home is in a gated community and sits on a 24,000-square-foot lot. It is newly renovated and has a summer kitchen and dockage on two sides. Nancy Pedicord of Balistreri Realty has the listing.
