The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 205 Southeast Spanish Trail in Boca Raton, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.99 million Palm Beach County home saw a $500,000, or 7 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $7.49 million. It was originally listed for $8.2 million when it hit the market in August 2009, before the last price cut in January. The waterfront home sits on a 15,499-square-foot lot. It has a home theater, casino, billiard room and elevator.
