Former Hollywood home of Sept. 11 terrorists to be razed

The deteriorating Hollywood apartment building that was once home to two of the Sept. 11 terrorist is slated for demolition. Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi, pilots on the two planes that crashed into the Twin Towers, lived in a second floor apartment in the building for two months in 2001. The property, which has numerous code violation to its name, will likely be razed and replaced with a pool and parking lot, according ot its owner. [AP via NY Post]
