The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at Luxury on the Ocean at 2500 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.3 million Palm Beach County home saw a $600,000, or 12 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $4.9 million. It was originally listed for $5.3 million when it hit the market in March 2009, before the last price cut in July 2009. The oceanfront home has a media room, balcony and stone and marble finishes.
