The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom house at 1400 West Lake Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.5 million when it hit the market in April 2009. The waterfront home sits on a 15,000-square-foot lot and has a pool, deck and wraparound docks. Beth Beauchamp of Intercoastal Realty has the listing. (
