The $1.1 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $200,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.3 million when it hit the market on October 27, 2009. The bayview condo includes marble and wood floors and offers access to a fitness center and a deep water marina. Patricia Delinois of Century 21 Premier Elite Realty has the listing.
