An RV park, but not for just any Winnebago

Florida’s newest community in Margate will have it all — a golf
course, forests, a canal, even a court for petanque. It just won’t have
any homes — stationary ones, that is. Three years after it closed, the
Aztec Estates mobile home community will be replaced by the Aztec RV
Resort, the first of its kind on Florida’s east coast. Twenty percent of
the 646 lots have been sold, many to Canadian buyers — not a surprise,
seeing as the land was bought a year ago by Canadian investors, who
spent $23 million sprucing up the park. The lots start at about
$108,000, and most of the high-end motor homes will cost about twice
that. [Sun Sentinel]
