The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo at 2200 South Ocean Lane in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.097 million Broward County home saw a $278,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.375 million when it hit the market in July 2009. The 7,500-square-foot oceanfront home has views of Miami Beach, a formal dining room, breakfast room and a library/billiard room.
