Tampa Bay homeowner associations allowing more rentals

When foreclosed homes become abandoned, the surrounding neighborhood quickly feels the effect. This is one reason Tampa Bay homeowner associations are beginning to permit more homes to be used as rentals, to make sure people are in the homes and the communities avoid the blight that comes with foreclosures. A number of communities like Cheval and FishHawk Ranch are making the move to rentals, and the associations are loosening their rules on rentals, as many of the communities restrict rentals by deed.
