Tampa Bay homeowner associations allowing more rentals

March 23, 2010 09:27AM

When foreclosed homes become abandoned, the surrounding neighborhood quickly feels the effect. This is one reason Tampa Bay homeowner associations are beginning to permit more homes to be used as rentals, to make sure people are in the homes and the communities avoid the blight that comes with foreclosures.
