The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 3618 Matheson Avenue in Coconut Grove, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.75 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $500,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.25 million when it hit the market in May 2009. The De Garmo-designed waterfront home sits on an 18,480-square-foot lot in a gated community and has stained glass windows, wood floors, a pool, gazebo and private dock.
