Former wife of Greg Norman buys Palm Beach lot for $3.25 million

Laura Andrassy, golfer Greg Norman’s first wife, has purchased a $3.25 million residential lot in Palm Beach on Dunbar Road. Andrassy got the property for $500,000 less than its sale price in July 2008. Andrassy, who divorced from Norman in 2008, bought a 4,900-square-foot house on Main Street for $3.95 million in 2007. The Dunbar Road property was listed at $3.95 million. Norman made news when he put his Jupiter Island estate, Tranquility, back on the market for $65 million, the second-most expensive home for sale in America. [Palm Beach Daily News]
