The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the Caribbean at 3737 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.59 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $160,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.75 million when it hit the market earlier this month. The 1,837-square-foot waterfront home is brand new and has access to the Caribbean’s pool, fitness center, 24-hour security and concierge. The unit has a terrace and views of the ocean and coastline. It the only one available above the eighth floor. Diane Lieberman of South Beach Investment Realty has the listing. (Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family home listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs. Listings are taken from the South Florida MLS.) TRD
