The 1,837-square-foot waterfront home is brand new and has access to the Caribbean’s pool, fitness center, 24-hour security and concierge. The unit has a terrace and views of the ocean and coastline. It the only one available above the eighth floor. Diane Lieberman of South Beach Investment Realty has the listing.
