The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the Caribbean at 3737 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.59 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $160,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.75 million when it hit the market earlier this month. The 1,837-square-foot waterfront home is brand new and has access to the Caribbean’s pool, fitness center, 24-hour security and concierge. The unit has a terrace and views of the ocean and coastline. It the only one available above the eighth floor. Diane Lieberman of South Beach Investment Realty has the listing.
