Distressed Boca shopping center sells for under $1M

Yamato Plaza, the 6,065-square-foot shopping center in Boca Raton in court-appointed receivership, has been sold for $900,000 to a limited liability corporation called Ablar Yamato. The plaza, inside the Arvida Park of Commerce west of I-95, counts Fresco Food Works, Dean Anthony’s Pizza and Bluefin Express Sushi as tenants. Michael Fimiani, president of Fimiani Development, was the court-appointed receiver for the shopping center and brokered the transaction. TRD
