Boca Teeca owners say they will move forward with plans

A week after news that the Ocean Breeze Golf & Country Club was in foreclosure,
the club’s owners said they would continue with as-yet-unfulfilled
plans to construct townhomes on part of the course. Owners of the club,
which is in the Boca Teeca subdivision in Boca Raton, got approval
three years ago from the city to put up more than 200 townhomes on a
portion of land on the course. A group of community members, however,
opposed the plan and spent several years waging a legal battle against
