The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 1800 Southeast 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.49 million Broward County home saw a $460,000, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5.95 million when it hit the market in February. The waterfront, Mediterranean-style home sits on an 18,750-square-foot lot and has 30-foot ceilings, impact windows, a pool and private gym. Lucy Lail of Better Homes & Gardens has the listing.
