The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom house at 5271 Holatee Trail in Southwest Ranches, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.499 million Broward County home saw a $300,000, or 11 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $2.799 million. It was originally listed for $3.4 million when it hit the market in February 2009, before the last price cut in June 2009. The new-construction home sits on a 98,881-square-foot lot in Sunshine Ranches Estates and has a wine room, library, fireplace, gym and a two-story pool house.
