The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 2899 Northeast 27th Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $296,000, or 7 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $4.295 million. It was originally listed for $4.56 million when it hit the market in December 2008, before the last price cut in October 2009. The waterfront home sits on a 13,645-square-foot lot in Coral Ridge and has a marble staircase, elevator, library, media room, winy pantry and pool.
