The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom condo in 7400 Oceanside at Fisher Island at 7431 Fisher Island Drive, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.449 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $346,000, or 9 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $3.795 million. It was originally listed for $3.95 million when it hit the market in July 2009, before the last price cut in January. The 3,959-square-foot home has ocean views, a 1,700-square-foot terrace and bamboo floors.
