The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 20 Harbor Point in Key Biscayne, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $8.8 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $450,000, or 5 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $9.25 million. It was originally listed for $13.9 million when it hit the market in November 2008, before the last price cut in October 2009. The waterfront home has bay views, deepwater dockage, a formal dining room, terraces, a boat house and wine cellar.
