Petrie widow lists Palm Beach estate for $10.6M

Philanthropist Carroll Petrie’s Elephant Walk estate at 109 Jungle Road in Palm Beach has hit the market for $10.6 million. Petrie, the widow of retail mogul Milton Petrie, purchased the 6,700-square-foot home less than two years ago, in May 2008, for $7.45 million. It has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus three staff bedrooms and a pool and garden area. Gary Little and Toni Hollis of Fite Shavell & Associates have the listing.
